Tbh I am a pretty ardent Pruitt supporter but dude if Briles was up for coming here and wanted to bring in his OL coach, who clearly is successful, and Pruitt wouldnt do it - big red flag

He also made his choice to hand cuff his OC and force him to play an offense that didnt suit the personnel. He made a choice to overpay a “buddy” for Oline coach which also created tension in the staff.

I read where no offer was made to briles, of course this was from volswire I believe. Or to Oklahoma State, Just interviews. But who knows

Lyle had the chance to upgrade but went with Scott and brought in his buddies in Canales and Gurlickson.

If Pruitt is going to do the same thing with the guy who oversaw the worst position group on the field this season he may be heading down the same path.

We live in Conroe and my business (a small "complex" of buildings for catalyst distribution) is in Willis about 15 miles further north.

Both our kids graduated from Conroe High School.

Nobody wanted go coach under Butch. Where do you see him and canales are buddies? I don't see where they ever coached together before.
