Yep. His philosophies are excellent. Key words = strong running game, and multiple. Essentially pro style with alot of formation variety and flexibility -- but even including "spread offense" stuff -- to adjust depending on what the opposing defense is attempting to do. The QB will operate under center and from the shot gun, in the pocket and some roll-out. He also pointed out that the offense will be designed to put the best playmakers in position to make plays. His defensive philosphies are excellent as well. This guy is smart and learned a lot of good stuff from Saban and others, in college and the NFL. He's going to be a very very good head coach. He just hasn't had the opportunity to fully prove it yet.He said as much in the press conference. He believes in running the football first and then doing other things to keep the D off balance. Probably very similiar to what Saban runs at Bama.
