Rockis and Toppers Cookies
1 large container of Old Fashioned Oatmeal Divided
1 Very ripe banana
4 Eggs
½ Cup oil
½ Cup honey
¼ Cup molasses
½ Cup milk
¼ Cup vanilla
1 ½ Cups Extra Chunky peanut butter
In a food processer, process ½ of the oats until it reaches flour like consistency. Pour processed oats into a very large bowl and add the rest of the oats.
Put the banana, eggs, oil, honey, molasses, milk and vanilla in the processor and pulse until combined. Add peanut butter and pulse just until combined (You dont want to break up the nuts to much.)
Pour mixture from processor onto oats and mix together thoroughly.
Pat into two greased cookie sheets. Cut with pizza cutter into what size suits your pup best. Bake at 325 for one hour.
