Please keep the debate to the other thread-
The talk of Dobbs in the NFL got me to thinking how hard it is for ANY QB to make it in the big league.
In a U as storied as Tennessee, QB success in the NFL is rare (as with most schools).
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can think of 5 Vols QBs that have ever started a regular season NFL game.
-Starting with the easy one Manning
-Heath Shuler had a few unsuccessful seasons
-Tony Robinson.. Didn't he start a strike game?
-Bobby Scott
-Lastly, a shinny nickel to who can name the other. Unless I'm mistaken, he had the second longest NFL career at QB behind Manning. 13 seasons I believe
Please chime in if I've missed anyone. I know some sites list Feathers as a "QB" but I'm really looking the modern QB position as we know it.
