PS- it is NOT a bad thing to have the whole team exposed BEFORE the season.
Yep...This what concerns me. We were (don't know if it's changed) only practicing every other day....Now we've had several out over a few days and as you posted, no scrimmages. We are 2 weeks away from our first game and I don't want us to look unprepared like Navy did Monday night. It is when it’s almost 2 weeks till kick off and your team hasn’t scrimmaged one time yet. Tenn should be at their 3rd scrimmage by now with maybe one situational scrimmage to go.. you kind of want to cool it on the hitting 2 weeks out, and Vols have done none. Meanwhile our opponent is hitting and scrimmaging..
Do you think every SEC school will follow the same protocol as far as to adhering to the tracing players being quarantined 14 days? I have a hard time believing every school will hold players out of 2 games if their not sick. It strikes me as odd Tennessee has 28 players out for tracing and other schools dont
I am assuming that you forgot to use blue font. The first to cheat such rules and the member program to most flagrantly flaunt them will be Alabama, and they will loudly proclaim innocence when caught. They might just blame Tennessee and hold a grudge against CJP until the end of time.No way, man. SEC schools will ALL follow protocol or risk getting a stern letter from Nick Saban.
Several schools are not reporting their covid cases to the media....They are just quarantining the players and going about their business.Do you think every SEC school will follow the same protocol as far as to adhering to the tracing players being quarantined 14 days? It's because Knox county has those parameters in place.
Can our players just lie? "Nope I wasn't near them!"
There have been zero student hospitalizations across the entire country and I'm sure they are noticing that none of the players who get it are getting sick. Eventually they gotta just roll on. At least just go back to quarantining the actual positive cases, or better yet, if they are actually sick.

Didn't think a blue font was necessary for THAT load!I am assuming that you forgot to use blue font. It seems the news out of Pennsylvania may once again be in error.Saw in the news where a player has died from complications causes by C-19. (can remember what school, but guy was a big'un so must have been a lineman. (night news on the 9th)
So hypothetically, would you rather enter the season and start having guys who scrimmaged during pre-season start being quarantined... or go into the season with guys who haven't scrimmaged but who aren't likely to be quarantined? It is when it’s almost 2 weeks till kick off and your team hasn’t scrimmaged one time yet. We will and obviously are honoring the protocols, doesn't look like any of our rivals are though.Do you think every SEC school will follow the same protocol as far as to adhering to the tracing players being quarantined 14 days? Yes, the young man, Jamain Stephens, Jr., was a football player at the California University of Pennsylvania (which is in Pennsylvania, not California). And yes, he did die Tuesday, at the age of 20.
But Covid-19 complications may not be the cause of death, and football certainly had nothing to do with his passing (since the university shut down sports in March and has not yet started them up again). We don't seem to know at this point whether the lad ever had Covid at all.
The "complications of covid-19" information apparently came from his high school, Central Catholic in Pittsburgh, which has now retracted the statement and posted a correction on their Facebook page:
.
It doesn't appear that we know yet what caused Jamain's death.
