I guess that’s why HE is the coach at UT and you’re not. I love it when the couch potato coaches think they can do a better job than a guy making millions to make these decisions. Maybe you should apply for an analyst role at UT…..
I predict Virginia Tech trashes them in Blacksburg 1st game of the year for VT Vandy should win vs Charleston Southern coming into the game. Then it all goes downhill from that IMO. VT went to Nashville with no plan last year and thought would be an easy victory. Vandy still had to have some luck to win that game. Now VT has waited for a year and studied game films on Pavia. It would be a monster win if Vandy beat them in Blacksburg just don't see it happening.I'm just glad we don't face him early in the season.
Regardless of what your opinion is, CJH has exceeded expectations so far and has been the best coach on the hill in a very, very long time. I sure don’t want to go back to being mediocre, like we have been.LMAO. Always that response when you have countered every apologist argument.
Look, I hope Heupel makes it, but the guy is freaking sleepwalking his way forward. Our recruiting is middle of the pack SEC-wise and he is non-player in the portal, instead waiting for mediocre guys to fall into his lap.
CAN Heupel succeed? Sure, if he is a decent coach Tennessee STILL has the draw to build a championship level program.
WILL he succeed? Only if he gets moving, acts with urgency, and realizes he cannot protect his best buddies with jobs, AND build a program simultaneously.
Those two things are true regardless of my particular profession.
The first comment of your second paragraph is remarkably ignorant.LMAO. Always that response when you have countered every apologist argument.

I’m not expecting the same level of succces for Pavia this year. Last year they were more of an unknown in the SEC. This year teams can probably expect Vandy to run the same option style with a few inaccurate Pavia throws to Stowers.I predict Virginia Tech trashes them in Blacksburg 1st game of the year for VT Vandy should win vs Charleston Southern coming into the game. I agree with you and Vandy surprised some teams that had not game planned right but Vandy was still just 6 & 6 regular season. I really don't count these lesser Bowl wins because so many opt outs it's like a spring game. Theu did beat a GT team, but GT had a lot of best players not playing. I see them going 5 & 7 at best probably 4 & 8 but could be 3 & 9.I’m not expecting the same level of succces for Pavia this year. Last year they were more of an unknown in the SEC. They play at VT night game, at South Carolina night game, at Alabama, LSU, at Texas, at Tennessee. Their best shot at conference wins are probably Kentucky and Auburn but how many times will Hugh Freeze lose to Pavia?
