Obviously I knew this was about to blow up. Although its literally on every main market UT sports page. I guess there is a 50/50 shot on how this turns out for him. I know teams shouldn't need locker room motivation. Although can you imagine how the first 2-3 series are going to go in Knoxville? I might have to get tickets.
Don’t think it’s a 50/50 chance. It’s about 10/90 chance it turns out good for him.

With regards to every other SEC game, are you including starting out 10-0 on Georgia? 14-0 on Mississippi St.? 22-3 on Oklahoma? We definitely had some sluggish starts but it wasn't every game.
Georgia was a good start. Horrible the rest of the way, but a good start. I believe OU started with a couple 3 and outs and then a drive stalled for a FG. It was sluggish to start. Miss State, in the first quarter we had a fumble, a turnover on downs, and a punt. We scored on the opening drive but shat the bed the rest of the quarter.

We didn’t look good in the first quarter of any SEC game aside from Georgia.

If a very smart booster and rich booster came in and they built a real stadium that held about 65k students that had a Nashville party vibe with a couple entertainment decks and the culture was completely changed to a nashvegas type team then yes Vandy couple become a player in the SEC and with all the people from other states moving in could build a big fan base.

With that said, it’s never happening.

Looks like they averaged around 28K per game in 24. I just don't see them ever getting 60K+ at a game. I get it though. It is his job to try to talk his school up. Although unfortunately bad things generally happen when you piss daddy off.

With the way he runs his mouth he sure is asking for a beating. You know Alabama is gonna try to knock his head off… and with these comments Tennessee will be too.
