Diego Pavia is going to create a storm in Knoxville with this one. The QB proclaimed the Commodores will run the State of Tennessee.

He is the type of QB I wish Heupel would recruit and sign through the portal. Somehow Vanderbilt 'found' him. Wonder how that happened?

As I have said, if Heupel is waiting for great players to suddenly appear in the portal, he is on a fool's errand. He has GOT to be more proactive and create portal opportunities....like say.....Vanderbilt did.
