youre gonna need to buy armor to get to at least 26 before raids can be attempted

There's only two. One on Venus and one on the Moon. Look for the logo below when you go to those planets. I know some people can solo Crota's End or run it with 2-3 people, but you'll need to be at least level 26. Vault of Glass will probably take at least 5 people in a group.

Since you should be able to upgrade at least some raid weapons with the upcoming DLC, looks like we'll be running VoG more. When you get to level 26 or so, let us know. We can take you through VoG some night.

When you get to 27, I can carry you through Crota's End to get you started with new armor and shards/energy for those weapons.

I wonder what the kick will be with upgrading raid weapons. If past actions are their mindset there will be some kind of grind involved. Just upgrading with glimmer/motes/ect will be too easy. They'll probably make all the upgrade materials come from running Prison of Elders constantly like they did with Crota's End weapons/armor.

I've also read that 3 30+lvl guys with ghorns should be able to kill the A. Priest him in under 30 seconds and before any adds.

We ran it 3 times last night, got A Priest in 12 to 15 seconds on the first run.... The second run my 2 partners died by Shanks when we had the Priest down to probably 2 or 3 Ghorn shots left. Took a little longer... the 3rd time 12 to 15 seconds.... :hi:

Also a buddy of mine on his first run got the GHorn drop, it was his 3rd one.
I've go 2, hoping for that 3rd one. Also would like another Word of Crota, that would be 3 WoC and 3 Ghorns, one for each character....

Ran the Raid 3 times last night on normal, got the Light of the Abyss, fusion gun, that was my first LoA. also got 2 more HoC, that would be 9 HoC.....I just break the extra down.....

Man I was struggling last night.........it took me double digit deaths to beat the first mission boss of the Dark Below...........second mission boss got the best of me cause I had to go to bed.......I am level 25 and only have the Shingen-E and the strangers fusion rifle.

If you run the roc strike playlist the. You will get better weapons and legenday engrams

VoG Hard Modes should be fun this week. I'm sure we'll screw it up nicely a bunch of times before getting it right. Let's remember to swap checkpoints before doing the Templar.

That was interesting.

The game definitely gets more fun after level 20. It becomes an addiction as to what all you can find.

So, it appears the days of looking for that last piece of armor are over. Upgrade your existing armor and guns with Etherical Light. So, you'll be doing nightfall, trials, and the arena each week to collect EL pieces to upgrade your gear.

Legendary guns can be upgraded to 365 including the Vex.

They also appear to have trading systems setup for most items. Shards for energy, motes, etc. All sorts of ways to swap around the crap you've been collecting.

I'm level 25. 26 is close. Found a sweet legendary piece that bumped me from 21 all the way to 24 then I got another to put me at 25.

Anyone want to help me get this weekly heroic strike on Arkon Priest? I can't get it done because every time I try the randoms it puts me with end up rage quitting and leaving me alone.

Three times in a row now I've had both guys quit on me.
