I haven't gotten any exotics or legendaries to drop at all and I'm level 24 on PS4. I finally got my Vanguard rank up and purchased a legendary over the weekend, but it's still my only one. I think I'm cursed.

No, that's normal. Once you get an exotic and get everything leveled up to where you are level 27 or 28, you'll start getting more than you need.

Good to know. I've heard people getting them as rewards for cryptarch rank, but I keep getting blues. I'll keep grinding.

Don't worry Freak, it took me forever to get those. I have a legendary rocket launcher then I complete the Nightfall and weekly herioc on level 28 and get 2 more of the same rocket launcher lol.

The weapons you earn from exotic bounties are underwhelming. I've got legendary items that are better than the exotic bounty weapons.

Yep. I think I am done with this game for a while. The raid just does not interest me and there a lot of other games coming out

Another ofer on the raid tonight. My buddy has done the raid one more time than I have. He's got all the raid armor. I haven't gotten any yet.

That sucks. I've done it once, didn't even finish the final fight, and got the SUROS and a piece of raid gear. What I really want is the void damage primary gun.

I'll be trying it again Friday, but I may not have time to complete it, as I'll be heading out of town.

I'm starting to wonder why I'm still playing this game, but yet I haven't been able to kick the habit. It looks like their DLC plan is really lacking in content. If future DLC is anything like the first offering, I think their "10-year plan" is a pipe dream.

Just got an exotic bounty. Have to do 25 strikes. It's goings to suck grinding those out

I've enjoyed the game but yeah, the leveling system past 20 is category 5 retarded.

Part of me believes that Bungie has spent so much time developing Destiny in a vacuum that they never bothered to have their finger on the pulse of what gamers want and expect in this day and age with games like this.

1.) Not allowing weapons, armor, or item trading is insane.

2.) Not having the ability to set up private PVP matches is crazy in this day and age.

3.) Forcing users to log onto Bungie's website and read Gamercards to find out more about the back story of this game instead of actually putting them IN the game to read.

4.) Crappy limited character creation tools.

5.) Crappy dialogue.

6.) A story that is non existent.

7.) Spawning you at the EXACT same spot every time you travel to a planet.

I could go on and on. But damnit if I don't keep playing it because it's fun and addictive when playing with friends.

Disagree. The loot system would be cheapened to the point of stupidity if you could just give away your old loot.

You would have people with super gamer friends that pass your months of grinding in a day just by collecting their friends' throwaways.

I don't care about the story, but I do agree it's stupid. It's also incredibly dumb that you can't skip cutscenes. Especially when the daily heroic story is a mission with a 5 minute long cutscene you've already seen 5 times.

I guess I just hate farming. To me it's a cheap tactic developers use to make a game seem longer than is necessary. I understand Thrasher's point but I guess my point is that if you had trading, no one would have to grind as much. It's like when developers throw in bull**** escort missions in games just to make it appear to have variety.

I'm done with this game till they get the servers fixed. Tried to get in a little playing yesterday and got disconnected 3 times. Tried again today and it's the same. I can't go anywhere but the tower.

What's really stupid is when I go to the Bungie help forums, like it prompts me to when I get disconnected, people are being told to adjust their internet settings/config or talk to their ISP. That's bs. I can play Forza fine online. I can play BF4 fine online. I can play TitanFall fine online. And Bungie is trying to make out like we should adjust our config to play their game?

That's arrogance and I'm done with it. Numerous people are getting connection errors. Fix your $hit.

I have never been disconnected one time. My issue is the damn netcode on the crucible. How are there issues when it is only 6v6 or 3v3? I melee someone to kill them but they don't actually die until 5 seconds after they kill me.

That's really strange because in all the time I've spent on Destiny, I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've lost connection. Based on my experience, Destiny is actually one of the shining examples of online stability. It's so seamless to me, there are times I forget it's even an online game.

I would have agreed. Up till yesterday I had lost connection only 3-4 times since I bought the game.

I've read about people having connection problems with the game but it never affected me. Then it supposedly got worse with the last update. Didn't affect me.

Then yesterday it hit. Didn't have long, just wanted to get in a public event so I could get ascendant material. In the middle of a public event, got disconnected. Tried to go to other planets. Same result. Ran out of time and had to go to work.

Got on today and it's the same deal. Any planet I go to, I get disconnected from the Bungie servers. I could be patient, but reading the responses on the Bungie help forums that it's my problem is what really pissed me off. Nothing has changed with my setup.
