I infused a 300 invective and a 310 telesto to get it to 306. My 100 yard stare is sitting at 308 and my best primaries are exotics, so as of now I can't really use it, not in the raid anyway.

Started my Hunter as a 308 on Hard mode and I'm at the Oryx checkpoint now as a 312.... 320 Cloak and 320 Heavy drops... Let's go.

We haven't started Oryx yet...

Got Oryx done in 3 tries... Those guys knew what they were doing.

Got a 315 Machine Gun and the 310 Defiance(which I already had).

I just started getting back into Destiny with The Taken King. I'm really enjoying it much more than before!

Last night I did the little Halloween side mission with the candy and right off the bat I got the flaming blue skull mask! LOL my Destiny friends were pissed!! I've read that some people have spent +100.00 trying to get that mask! I got it first try! :rock:

To the people who have played and I never have should I use the thing I got in the messages to instantly upgrade my guy to level 25 or is it more fun to grind until you get there?

I don't see why not. You can still run the original story missions, the dlc, and then do the Taken King stuff. Or, if you just want to play the new stuff, using the item will allow you to start at Taken King mission.

Level right now doesn't mean much except blocking you from using some items and doing some missions. So, you just removing a roadblock, not accepting a bunch of overpowered weapons making things easier.

Either way you'll be doing story missions and PvP for awhile. Once you get to level 40 you'll start the real grind.

Warpriest challenge mode drops a ton of good drops.

320 sniper, 310 sniper, 320 artifact, 310 artifact, 318 ghost, 306 lmg.

That's just one character. Worth doing to easily bump up your character, went from 311 to 314. And it's essentially the exact same as a regular hard mode run, just have to have 3 different people run the aura. Which is nothing.

Challenge mode on hard giving out a guaranteed 320 artifact and 320 weapon is the best drop Destiny has ever seen. You pulled a good HM ghost on that run too.

I got 2 320 rocket launchers and a 320 sniper on my 3 guys. Thus, I now have a 320 spindle, 320 machine gun, and 320 dark drinker.

I'm slowly making my way up to 40, I just remembered about bounties earlier today so hopefully that'll speed things up. I figured it wouldn't be much use to do any of that until then since I'm changing scout rifles every few levels

I don't have any instructions for this so if anyone could help here it would be greatly appreciated. How do you get the legendary coins and the weapons that have fire or ice next to them what does that do and is there something special you have to do to use it?

Legendary marks come from different challenges, elemental weapons are gone in year 2.

Hadn't played since August. Bought TK about two weeks ago. Got my character up to 300. Been playing IB for four hours and have won two games. Yes two.

I have not played in a while but match making was always good for me unless I was playing IB.
