Easiest and quickest nightfall ever this week.

Looks like everything is easy this week with a lot of solar burns going around.

It might be easy for you... When my hunter gets hit by anything he is a goner. My hunter is a 33 1/2.
Hopefully I'll get someone to run this with me tonight.

I took about 8-9 weeks off from Feb to April, but my buddy still plays and his son started a character about 2 months ago. There's a regular 3 person fireteam and it's people I know. If it was just me I would have quit this game permanently a long time ago. There use to be 10 of us that were putting in a lot of time. Me and my buddy are the only ones left. He still plays pretty often. I'm just on the weekends. Everyone else quit a little after The Dark Below came out.

Only thing I do now is 2-3 nightfalls with them on a Sat and PoE if his kid doesn't have soccer. Haven't run VoG or Crota in a 4-5 weeks.

Pushed a couple hours ago:

Adjusted difficulty of Level 35 Skolas Challenge Mode

Burn Skulls are now replaced by non-elemental skulls

Skolas' health reduced (from 27000 to 15000) to compensate for lack of burn skulls

Reinforcement spawns are now based on Skolas’ health instead of a timer

Another week, another joke Nightfall.

I think it takes 6 or 7 ghorn rockets to end him. That's it.

Just be sure you wait for the door behind him to close. Don't shoot too early while he's invincible.

We ran it tonight in about ten minutes (three ice breakers tore through him and the tank) and each of us got an exotic piece of armor

Ran it a second time and it took a little bit longer and then 2/3 got an exotic weapon (Universal Remote and a Gjallahorn).

Holy cow Bungie has been busy doing damage control since E3. News was better today, but I still don't exactly understand what to buy and when and for how much. Oh well. These things have a way of working themselves out.

The eurogamer interview looked kinda bad. I understand the frustration of those that complained about having to re-buy the game to get the CE items. Not something I'd do though. $20-$40 or whatever it ends up costing for a new dance and a plastic strange coin replica is a waste of money imo.

As of now I'm not buying TTK. Hardly any of my friends play it anymore and I'm just too suspicious of Bungie after the first year. Would take a lot of convincing.

Not a ton. Here's some I see in my stash.

Primary: Word of Crota, Atheons Ep.

2nd: Swordbreaker, Praedyth's Revenge (and new gear from HoW; void 2nds aren't exactly rare)

Heavy: Corrective Measure, Truth, or something from HoW

Can't imagine doing it twice since it takes about a second to switch guns to another character. But, I guess some some people don't like switching things?

Downloading Destiny Item Manager for chrome or bungie's app just seems much easier.

Truth is the king of rocket launchers in pvp. Fire on the tone and forget about it. They're dead.

Wish I had it when I did the thorn bounty. I was level 24 I think. Took me forever running it with a void fusion. That was all I had. Got more frustrated when I found out I needed to be at least level 25 to make a serious attempt at Xyor.
