I love playing with know-it-alls who die constantly.

Just picked up the Atheon CP on hard. Dude was trying to tell me how to kill the oracles and avoid the supplicants, then he dies at least 3 times by not making the jump to the mid.

We need to get your boy good on the sword and we'll be money tonight if this works. We need Freak on as well. He showed interest last night but our team was full when he got online.

Wasted another hour and a half last night with a different group. Everything was good til the sword disappeared on the last run after ogres. Then, it all fell apart and I gave up a few tries later.

Got the auto rifle last night from crota, also got the scout rifle. I run the sword a lot for people, best strat I've seen for the boomers was when a titan dropped the bubble on the platform with Crota with blessings of light

Ran through CE normal raid for the first time last night. Picked up the leg armor, gauntlets and the shotgun. Pretty good group that knew what they were doing and communicated throughout.

Still like VoG raid better

Destinystatus.com is a great way to check people's gear and their levels. Just type in their gamertag/psn. I use it to see which weapons are on one of my 3 characters before I start a raid or strike session.

If anyone wants to know pretty much the perfect method for killing Crota on Hard Mode, here's the video you want (with excellent info). Pulling this off with randoms would be tough. However, this video is just pure gold. Easy kill before Ogres even come out. 2 swords.

The people that play this amaze me. I'm trying to do a fresh to bridge CP on one character. Three 31's haven't done the raid at all and a 32 that had no clue what to do at the lamps. How's that even possible?

I lead them to the bridge CP and since they're all inexperienced I told them the legit way and suggested doing the glitch to avoid a headache. They screw it pretty quick and I tell them to wipe, they all do except the lone 30 who hasn't done it either and doesn't have a mic. He just keeps reviving everyone.

I said you guys got the bridge CP now, good luck. Geez.

Because people cried that Omnigul was too hard of a nightfall, which it wasn't. It's great that you can use whatever load out you want but the enemy also deals a ton more damage. I ran it all three times already and the folks I played with died a lot.

The best run we took her down right after clearing the initial wave before the adds even spawned.

thats an awesome Crota strat, finding a group willing to use timers would be tricky but probably worth it to not need to deal with ogres

That group is also boss when it comes downing Crota. I'm always in groups with people that can't take him down consistently 6 times when I'm on sword.

Only thing difficult about Ogres is getting everyone back to center after they go down. One guy will always f that up.

Problem I see a lot is guys on boomer detail focusing on Crota and completely forgetting the Knights. So Crota goes down really quick and then one person dies, everyone shoots the Oversoul but the boomers are still there.

Then they need to bring more. That's how it works. Or shoot thralls and pick it up going to the Ogre room. Do whatever. When someone else runs sword, I make sure he goes down. I expect the same courtesy. ;)

Easiest Crota run yet, was a breeze. Got Light Of The Abyss. Still didn't get the boots to be a 32 though.

This is getting out of hand. Every week now I run Crota on normal and on hard, just trying to get the chest or helmet. I have an exotic chest, an exotic helmet, and raid boots and raid gauntlets. A raid chest/helmet will get me to 32.

Every week I get gauntlets again, a raid weapon, and radiant material.

Every. Single. Week.
