Or he wanted the team to not have to deal with media hounding them all game about his firing. But of course to people like you Dooley is the bad guy always.

There is a difference between an agenda and the fact that Dooley led us to our worst conference record for 3 years in a row and Sunseri was the worst DC in the country for allowing a team to drop as far as we did on defense.

A lot of coaches liked Dooley as a positions coach. A WR coach won't make much difference one way or another in the NFL. You're not relying on them to recruit.

:disappointed: Sheesh. Head coach. Wide receivers coach. Sound different? Oh wait, that's because they are. Everyone's acting like it's the end of the world and that Dooley will destroy a team...through the wide receivers. Just because he didn't have success at a head coaching job. Seems logical.

if dooley does not get hired by the cowboys every media outlet in the country just lost some credibility since all have reported that dallas hired him.

Ok, but again you are putting the blame in the wrong place because you are incapable of seeing past Dooley. When are fixing a disaster caused by others, it's always going to get worse before it gets better. I understand your mind is incapable of breaking it down that far but the fact is Dooley walked into the worse position UT has ever been in and idiots like you were unable to give him the time all knew it would take to get it done. That's a fact.

Dooley won't destroy Dallas, Jerry won't let him. Jerry is doing it himself the slow and excruciatingly painful way. Dooley will just be another one of his 'Yes Men'.. He should work out well there..
