Luther has a point. the way our system is set up you are voting FOR someone. There is no button for "not Hilary", "anti establishment" etc. You are pushing your vote for someone. there are plenty of other non-Trump "not hilary", "anti establishment" options.
in fact there was a pretty significant bump to the people that actually did vote third party this election.

even people on this forum have at least stated they voted third party. if people actually voted the way they say they do we could/should have seen a completely different election. the issue is neither party wants to a see a third party emerge, which is where the story of a wasted vote comes from.
