Minneapolis will allow broadcasts of the Muslim call to prayer at all hours, becoming the first major U.S. city to allow the announcement or 'adhan' to be heard over speakers five times a day, year-round.

The Minneapolis City Council unanimously agreed Thursday to amend the city's noise ordinance, which had prevented dawn and late evening calls at certain times of the year due to noise restrictions, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported.

The vote came during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan . 'The Constitution doesn't sleep at night,' said Jaylani Hussein, executive director of the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, after the vote.

The mother of YouTube star Piper Rockelle, 15, is facing allegations that she emotionally and physically abused children, including touching their buttocks and even mailing her daughter's underwear to a male fan.

In a complaint filed in January 2022, 11 teens from the 'Piper Squad' say that Tiffany Smith, 41, would inflict distress and urge the minors to do everything from trying oral sex to wearing revealing clothes to accentuate 'bulges.'

Smith, who allegedly bragged saying she 'makes kiddie porn,' encouraged the minors to be 'sexy' and subjected them to 'harassment, molestation, and abuse,' according to the complaint.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation donates millions annually to a nongovernmental organization which claims that children are born sexual and should learn about "commercial sex work" under 10 years of age.

The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) – a separate entity from the U.S. nonprofit – wields significant influence on global sex education. The NGO comprises 120 independent organizations in over 146 countries and has received – including its European network – over $80M from Gates. Other significant donors included the World Health Organization.

Around a quarter of high school students identify as gay, bisexual or have a more fluid sexuality, official data suggests.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's biannual youth report found that just 75.5 percent of 14 to 18-year-olds said they were heterosexual in 2021 - a new low.

The remainder said they were either bisexual (12.1 percent), gay or lesbian (3.2 percent), 'other' (3.9 percent) or said they 'questioned' their sexuality (5.2 percent).

The German city of Dresden has named a street after a person commonly referred to as the “world’s first trans woman”.

Progressive authorities in the city of Dresden have named a new connector street after Danish painter Einar Wegener, who they describe as being the “world’s first trans woman”.

Although living his most of his life as a man, Wegener eventually abandoned his male identity to live as Lili Elbe, undergoing one of the world’s first sex change surgeries in 1930.

Conducted under the supervision of gynaecologist Kurt Warnekros and sexuality theorist Magnus Hirschfeld, the procedure involved the removal of Wegener’s penis and testicles, before a vagina and ovaries were transplanted into his body.
