I hope you are right. To me, it was the lack of going quick and the short passes to spread the field out. I think another problem is that I rarely saw Dylan Sampson do well at blocking or catching despite how good he was. At Georgia, most the blitzers were thrown in a manner where Sampson had to pick them up and he couldn't. Georgia intentionally went at him.Have read a lot of opinions about the O this season. Starting to believe that Hype was heavy using the running game out of necessity because there was no good connection between Nico and receivers and the O line was only good run at blocking. Half the receiving corp played injured most of the season.
I expect next season to be different. The bailout of the receiver group has gotten Hypes attention.
