OK... your idea works but you wind up moving.... you want them to move...

if you work one against the other by doing both they get angry with each other ...

one alone can't afford the rent......so they move or a 10 moves in

Got a 10 directly next door, but I never see her. Some sort of model or something. Legz for dayz. But I digress, I think taking out their trash is worth two bang sessions.

Only theoretically. It depends on how she sees herself. OP sees a 6 and an 8. If they share that view, then it stands to reason the 6 will work harder to compete with the 8. Throw in the natural sister rivalry and it equals game on.
