Brent Venables is not coming to UT, he will be a head coach somewhere maybe even this year if a the right job were to come open. Would Chavis want to come back to UT at his age, considering how he and Fulmer left I am not sure? Nobody saw the tight ends coach hire coming so I would imagine it will be out of left field but I have no reason to believe it won't be a good one. The same tired coordinators being retreaded isn't always the answer.

Who believes the new DC will be big name Hire, I for one don't believe Butch will surprise anyone with Jancek's replacement....maybe more along the lines of a Debord, or someone like Martinez being promoted to DC....I do think he will need to move rather swiftly to name a replacement however
