Da rick carried the offense when Hunter went down.He is the only reason we won any games,He is an elite reciever and the ones sayin he aint need to just quit hatein and be real.We got 2 NFL first round recievers and we need to support both and enjoy them while they're.Im lookin foward to an awesome season goin to be fun to watch VFL GBO

He just flat out quit in the LSU and Florida games too huh? How many WRs in our history were the level of player Rogers was as a 2nd year player? Pretty sure having Simms and Worley playing Qb didn't bother him. He was actually winning a lot of battles against Bama but Simms was the damn QB. Georgia ran a triangle on him all game. I swear some of you guys just don't like our players. You want them to act a certain way, look a certain way, play only one way. He's emotional but he plays hard. People said he doesn't run block but neither does Hunter. Some of you guys.

Don't let allvol get under your skin. Every post he/she makes is negative towards our Vols. He/she is nothing but an outsider, more than likely a bammer or Gator fan posting just to stir up crap. Put he/she/it on ignore and be done with it.

Da'rick's best moment this year was dragging LSUs best player ten yards down the field after he caught the ball in front of him.

I thought we were done with these "let's bash Da'Rick" threads. He plays the game emotionally and runs his mouth occasionally. I don't see anything wrong with that, it shows that he has a passion for the game and a passion for winning. He's done nothing even remotely worth being kicked off the team besides being the butt of a gazillion rumors, and he is a great receiver who was making plays when he was double, and sometimes triple, covered. So please just get off his case.

P.S. I think I need to change my name I don't like being associated with the Nega-AllVol

I think Rogers is an absolute beast!!! My favorite monent in his career is when he abused the honey badger. Rest assure though, this guy is NFL bound after this year, his twitter account is always talking about how close he is to Sundays, making money, etc etc. So lets enjoy it while we can, its hard to find this type of talent year in and year out.

Mel Kiper puts him at the top. If you built a prototypical receiver it would look exactly like Da'Rick. He is big, fast, strong, tall and has great hands. I don't remember a sophomore being as good as him since I have been watching the Vols. Hunter is more exciting but I would be comfortable sending DR anywhere on the field to catch the ball and would cringe sending JH over the middle.

1. We'll never be done with fart-brain fans who absolutely MUST find something bad to say about our team and its players. These so-called fans have a disease that's hereditary and no known cure.

2. Probably if you change your moniker, some negative numbskull will incorporate it into their screen name too. Why? It's that disease I mentioned in number one as it extends to doing evil to Vol fans who don't share the affliction.

Justin Hunter proved he could take a hit. You shouldn't be cringing. Most of you are bashing Justin. This thread wasn't meant for Justin. There's another thread about Justin. Justin is a splendid receiver, one hell of a person, and the embodiment of the perfect student athlete.

Nobody should be bashing players at all! These guys chose to come here, we should all be thankful to them for that..you guys aren't the ones putting all the time in the weight room and classroom trying to juggle both, and then come Saturday get the sh*t beat outta you..or beat the sh*t outta someone else.. so nobody is in the position to bash any players at all in my opinion.

JH is the better of the two... that being said, DR is a top 5 WR in the country. Gotta be feeling good about our WRs.

People just don't realize how sick our air attack will be next season.

you have got to have some tolerance for your players. tell them once, give them a warning. second time, warn them again....third time, we have a problem.

Too many knee jerk reactions from coaches and AD's......we need all the help we can get

Can't believe all these posters that criticize and bash DR as much as they do. He carried the team when JH went down. When you have 95% of the passes thrown your way you will drop a few. Things would have been much uglier last season without him
