So if a drug (including alcohol, if you wish) is not addictive and doesn't create a dependency (however mild), then it must actually do nothing. Otherwise no one would bother with the effort and expense to use it again, correct? And, yes, I do understand that wanting or desiring something is not the same as the physical need caused by an addiction. If you are willing to violate a contract of employment or membership of any kind to get that feeling that you get from a prohibited drug, then there is obviously an element of dependency period.
All drugs are addictive not all drugs create a dependency.
