Has he proven to be as good as Jarrad Davis?
Of course not. He's a big, physical, talented kid but despite promising to play him a lot last year, the coaches got him no playing time other than special teams. So while we all think he has great potential, we've yet to see him get any significant playing time at all....we don't know what we have in him at this point.

Ha! Do you really think this stuff is negotiated? lol It's all decided in practice and in the meeting rooms. The coaches don't get him or anybody playing time. If he can't beat Jumper and Ignont out for playing time at practice, then he doesn't get the playing time--that's it!
I'll bet those million dollar coaches are really concerned that you've yet to evaluate him. lol
That's who the coaches compared him to last year as a freshmen. Freakish athlete at 6'3" 235 lbs. He's a had year in the system.
No excuse for him to not be out there opening night if DKjr is hurt.
