This is also true. It's not always the haters. It's sometimes the defenders starting it by calling out the haters. Regardless let's try to stay on topic as best we can without devolving into a Butch thread.

Ps I'm not above reproach either...

It seems like the whole point of the OP was to draw a comparison. I'm not surprised the thread found it's way to this point. This is about like the board was in 2008. Nothing new.

The problem is, who really cares about Dabo, it's never been about our opponents for me it's always about the Vols and what they will do vs what they can do.

Now think of all the 'lets go to overtime by taking a knee' or 'lets kill time and walk into halftime' stunts Butch has pulled on us. His ultra-conservative style will never get us over 9-10 game mark. His aggressive calls only come when he has no other choice. He is never the one to either 'deliver the knockout punch' or 'keep the gas pedal down'.
Unless there is a major philosophy shift, he is not winning us any championships (SEC or NC) here !!
