I have very little faith in Leake, but I hope I am dead wrong. I do think he will be a good back of the rotation guy in the next few years, but I don't think he can get it done right now.

Leake will be trade bait in the off season. WJ will not put up with this and Leake's upside is not that good. Package him and Ondrusek. May have to hold onto Stubbs until Hamilton is ready to take over CF. Rolen's done as well - contract's up. Looks to be a season away from the winning it all IMO, but you never know.

Dusty - Latos should have started. Then you had Arroyo to handle Game 5 if necessary.

The players have bailed Dusty out all year. Dusty reacts. The other top managers like Bruce B proactively make moves in anticipation based on data and match-ups. It is what it is. Build on it and hope the players have his back tomorrow.
