Cincinatti Reds to air games free in Knoxville
The Cincinnati Reds are once again coming to WVLT’s airwaves, joining the Braves as the MLB season gets ready for first pitch.www.wvlt.tv
I think the Reds.tv package is only available if you live in their blackout area. Furthermore, if you're also in the Braves blackout area, your hundred bucks to Reds.tv will NOT get you Reds games vs the Braves. This is BS. MLB needs to fix thisI read the article linked about the Reds broadcast in Knoxville. The Braves have a similar agreement where Gray Media associated stations broadcast some of the games during the season here in Georgia. I finally signed up for the BravesVision package which is on the MLB app. Got tired of not seeing baseball the last few years. The Reds offer a similar package.

That sucks. MLB has to do something about that. Why should you have to pay 100s of dollars to get all MLB games whereas some people pay one fee or in the case of T Mobile folks, pay nothing. If you're a T Mobile customer living in Hawaii I imagine you'd get your MLB.tv package for free and have no blackouts. The NFL Sunday Ticket doesn't play this blackout gameI think I’m in 3 blackout areas in W TN. Braves, Reds, Cards.
You are correct about the availability. I know with the Braves you can combine their package and MLB.tv for $199. I assume the Reds and other teams have a similar option. Of course if you live in 2 blackout areas that is a problem if you want to watch both without paying a fortune. It sucks that you can’t just pay $99 and get all the games.I think the Reds.tv package is only available if you live in their blackout area. Braves.tv is available on some services and cable providers for free. I have YouTube TV which doesn’t currently offer the BravesVision package. I suspect they may at some point since FUBO is carrying it.That sucks. MLB has to do something about that. Personally I live in Cincinnati so I get the Reds thru Spectrum and MLB through T Mobile. I don't pay anything extra
