Of course there is speculation on the Carolina boards. Just as there is probably speculation on the Michigan State, Florida State, and Miami boards. It amounts to nothing. Cut has stated that he wants to stay in the South and wants to be at a program where he can win. North Carolina is not a program that a coach can just walk in and win, especially in the new ACC. The only scenario in which I see Cut leaving UT this offseason would be if Richt took the job at Florida State.
