Currie: A Man in Hiding.

In one short day Currie became the most hated man in Tennessee and he's still employed:popcorn:

He's simply become the latest scapegoat in a seemingly endless number of disasters at UT, all of which can be traced to Hamilton for the most part.

But in football, to paraphrase Toby Keith "How do you like Fulmer now?"

All the 2007 and on anti-Fulmer crowd needs to just roll around in this giant pile of **** and get it good and worked in their hair and under their fingernails and maybe even occasionally take a big tasty bite of it, because it's they are the leading cause of this disaster.

This entire fiasco is pure entertainment. Reality is stranger than fiction!

So here's what I see happening in keeping with the nature of this process ...

I expect Currie to set up a UT campus Town Hall meeting for people to ask questions and voice any frustration. Yep. TBA will be 1/2 full. Pitchforks galore. As soon as Currie walks out from behind the curtain the crowd will immediately start in with a chorus of boos, hisses, and downright expletives. But before they can even finish a boo properly, following Currie through the curtain will be Chuckie in an orange tie with his wife and family in tow. The place goes silent as JC says welcome everyone, I've come to introduce the next HFBC at UofT. You can hear pin drop before the place erupts into cheers as G walks to the podium with that poop eating grin on his face ... :-D

In literally seconds, Currie will become a folk hero and the fans would start taunting Bama before the end of the day! Soon.

And then monkeys will fly out of his butt....

Currie is very smart. Everyone will be pleased with the hire when it’s all said and done.

This thread is a great example of the uninformed morons who think they're running the show at UT. Currie made a great hire in Schiano and you guys @#$% all over it with your tirades and whining and moronic protests. I've been a VOL fan for decades and have never seen such a mess brought on by a so-called fan base. Tennessee will be lucky to hire anyone at all now. Currie's biggest mistake was listening to you whackos on Volnation. Do some actual research and you'll see that Schiano is a widely respected coach who even brought Rutgers into relevancy and has been hired by the best of the best, including Belichick, to strategize with their teams and coaches. Good job morons.

Gaurantono?
