They literally have to be. Whats the alternative? A current player criticizes their new head coach? Imagine how that would go over in the locker room.
And hopefully he'll quickly announce he's keeping Steele as DC and/or bring in another experienced and successful DC and that'll hopefully excite the defensive players.
I'm trying to figure out what horses are going to run his high power offense?
