We hear a lot about changing the ‘culture’ of the Tennessee football program and that’s referring to the culture of the interior of this football program, but how do we change the culture on the outside of the program, how do we change the culture of the fanbase?
Sure winning would help change the culture and rid our fanbase of some of the ‘negavols’. But what if it needs to improve before we are back on top? What if needs to improve to get back on top?
I think we have a responsibility to believe in this program, this team, and the future of Tennessee football. Of course winning football games takes skill, experience and good coaching, but it also takes a positive outlook and a belief that you can win football games from the fanbase.
