This is what makes you you.

Why you asking about iron?
How did you know it contained iron?
Can you not figure that out yourself?
I looked it up bye highlighting the name and hit web search because it looked good and it had nutrients listed and I noticed it had iron in it and was curious what was adding iron. I have high iron and have to give blood every 4 days till I get it under control.

Does it have an extreme high amount of iron? I mean, flour has iron so most bread has iron. I imagine the green onion, onion, parsley, peppers...pretty much everything has some iron.

Yeah true alot of stuff has iron its like all you are supposed to eat is lettuce. I was hoping the bread didn't have iron 😕 it said it was 9 % iron.

I reason is it's cooked in a iron skillet and that adds iron. I can't eat out of a iron skillet
This sounds hard to track! Do you have to count milligrams of iron, or keep it under x% of recommended daily allowance, or something else?

I know vegetarians who always cook any kind of tomato sauce in cast iron, because the acid in the tomatoes releases additional iron from the skillet. (Opposite problem from yours - they have to seek out sources of iron, since they don’t eat meat.)
