What type of cheese do you normally use?

I wouldn’t like basil in mine

Ever try a little garlic in the Alfredo?

The original recipe is 1/2 butter 1/2 cream, garlic and nutmeg. Nutmeg needs to be fresh. Obviously parmigiana reggiano .

I do all that and add lemon zest and juice, to brighten it up.
 
It gets dark here at 4:30 in the dead of winter. Hate it.

The Publix only had the virgin that day.
The one in Johnson City does not have a big selection of olive oil. We go up there once a week.
I will say this: the produce at Publix is MUCH BETTER than other stores, I like their deli, and my wife loves their bagels.
Edit: and it is always a very clean store

It actually is where the old Kroger was at the intersection of Market Street and State of Franklin, in that shopping center (near the JCMC).
The big Kroger near campus is good, don't like the other one much, but the Publix is the best grocery store in the area, imo.
There's also one in Greeneville, but we have not been down there.

I was a Food City shopper when I lived there. But once that campus Kroger opened, I did at least go in there from time to time.
 
Feeling pretty good right now, they loaded me down with anti nausea medicine and Benadryl. Sunday evening when that all wears off (or maybe sooner) the proverbial sh!t hitting the fan begins.
That chimichanga you had yesterday will help a little, because the sauce had sour cream in it, and sour cream is full of the good bacteria that our body needs to help fight off the bad bacteria.
