I had forgotten how much I enjoy watching Sidney Poitier, watching The Jackal now, my favorite is Guess Who Is Coming To Dinner. The Heat Of The Night is another good one.
None that I have ever been any part of and none that I know of, but I really can't say other than that.@Behr do restaurants use air fryers ?

I used to keep my finger on the pulse of what's going on nationally and stay somewhat knowledgeable globally, but these days I stay interested in certain areas, but that's about it.
I would say maybe a mom and pop place here and there but nothing on a large scale. I could be wrong and probably am because I still haven't used one, but I don't see that they can "fry" anything better than actually frying it.
I'm not familiar with cook times with those, but I'm not sure how they'd be at cooking 10-15 lbs of French fries, 4-5 lbs. of shrimp and 5 lbs. of calamari every 30 minutes. Lulz, point is if it ain't broke don't fix it.
That's just my opinion.
They seem to be perfect for home use, but as far as healthier, most sit down, casual to upscale places aren't concerned with healthier over quality. Taste>>>>>>>healthy at restaurants. This is a good point. We've noticed with ours that over time it's taking longer and longer. I don't know what the "life" on those is supposed to be, but we're looking at getting another one to replace this one when it goes out. That's using it in some way daily in one house. I think you'd need several of them in a restaurant for sure.
I'm pretty sure Bojangles here air fries now. A lady who works there told me that was the case, but I'm not sure if it's with all menu items or not.
The big advantage I see here in our house is you get fried food without the cleanup, and it's healthier.
There's a learning curve with them, though. At least there was for me.
I'll be honest about it. Several times I've heard people talk about them and was curious enough that I considered getting one just to try it. Went as far as picking one out....but just couldn't pull the trigger.I would like to get the Air fryer 360. The chef that cooks on TV makes some good looking food on it.
