Took the wife and kids a few times. Not too much to brag about, but we have caught several. Brought some home one day for dinner.

My brother and I hit up the Clinch in Anderson county a few times each summer. Nice browns and rainbow trouts galore.

Liver is for catfishing!!

We had a restaurant called Lee's famous recipe back home. They had a buffet on Sunday, and mamy Sunday's after church that's where we'd have to go. They had liver on the buffet, and my parents loved them.

Liver or chicken livers. A lot of people will eat chicken liver but wont touch calf liver. Chicken fried beef liver smothered in brown gray and onions. Good eats.

My wife deep fries them and then stir frys the fish with chili paste & garlic. Proceeds to sprinkle chopped lime leaves and eat with rice. Authentic thai food.
