Just put some toasted ravioli in the oven. Sausage and cheese. Got some Ragu mushroom and green pepper spaghetti sauce for dipping. w00t!

Without reply from you, @Behr, I found this online, Toulouse-Style Cassoulet. The last time I had cassoulet, it was made with duck and cured sausage, so, I may attempt it, adapting as needed due to scarcity of ingredients.
