I didn't mean the actual temperature, I just meant was it rare, medium rare etc.

The Brussels and olive salad was beautiful, looked like some Cailletier and Cerignola. What kind of cheese? Haha, on my phone it looked like cauliflower at first. It all looked perfect to go with the tuna.

Med, just a hint of pink in middle. Dont remember if I grilled it directly over the heat or indirectly, been a little bit. The olives were of the jar and can varietal :D. Feta crumbles.

Interesting, where do you purchase these olives in jars and cans? I get mine from straight from the olive bush.

I bought some of those pretzel crisps this morning, honey mustard and onion. Mmmmm

Nice! 11 in hard anodized? Obviously you're not concerned with it causing Alzheimers. Lulz. You gonna use it outdoors mostly? Or, what were you thinking. Do you have gas or electric stove/oven? Yeah, I'm asking too many questions, just interested.

I used to have a grill pan but it was a pain to clean. I'll use it both inside and outside (on a Burton Burner). Yes, 11". Here is the write up and link:

All-Clad NS1 Nonstick Square Grill

All-Clad's high-performance NS1 square grill offers the impressive heating abilities of anodized aluminum, a rugged three-layer PFOA-free nonstick surface and the ease of dishwasher cleanup. High ridges create perfectly seared grill marks while allowing excess fat to drain away, and straight side walls contain ingredients as you're turning them.
  • Durable hard-anodized aluminum provides rapid heat conduction with precise temperature control.
  • Bonded three-layer nonstick system delivers unparalleled release, scratch-resistance and overall durability.
  • PFOA-free nonstick coating is ideal for healthy, low-fat cooking with easy cleanup.
  • Stainless-steel handles are designed for durability and comfort—and to stay cooler on the stovetop.
  • Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
  • Dishwasher safe.

Hope you enjoy. I've got a cast iron flat griddle. I don't have much use for that pan, but it's sweet.

Speaking of salmon and pineapples, I made a glaze for salmon using pineapple for one of the ingredients.

3 tablespoons of crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon of honey
I tablespoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
And a table spoon of minced jalapeno.
A little salt and pepper too

I know this sounds like a weird combination, but it was probably the best glaze I ever made. It was delicious!!

I was throwing together something off the wall and thought it would be too sweet , so I added the jalapenos.

It needs some tweaking, maybe even substitute crushed red pepper flakes for the jalapenos. But it was sweet with just enough heat and it didn't overpower the salmon . You could taste all the layers of flavor in it.

I pan seared the salmon in butter. Then spooned on the glaze and finished it in the oven for 3 minutes under the broiler. Just enough to where it started to carmelise.

Sounds good to me Buck. That would be good on chicken wangs, or just chicken any way.

I'm weird...
