That weight is so light for him, he doesn't need great form. I bet he could of snatched more than half of those.
 
Probably. Bad form for high reps is still bad, even if it's light weight. Especially on an Olympic lift.

I also weighed today- 210. I'm 6'0

Figured I will post up my weight so everyone can see how I'm progressing! I'm sure I'll shed fat until I get down to about 195 then hopefully putting on some good lean muscle weight! We'll see how it goes! Should be interesting!

I hit the nail on the head with this post. I got down to #195 exactly and now I'm back up to around #202. Still have some fat to lose, but I have definetly put on some muscle. Moving in the right direction for sure.
