So........are you Vols having QB issues?

Even with QB issues We will still beat that sorry excuse for a team you guys have...You need to worry about ending that 2 game losing streak against mighty Vanderbilt before thinking about us :eek:lol:

No that wasn't the guy I saw escorted out. This guy was not wearing a hat or visor, wearing khaki pants and a polo.

That was me. And I was not being "escorted out." CLK wanted me up in the coaches box to help draw up some new schemes. I am famous in our section for my astute analysis and word has apparently spread. I am envisioning a permanent position with the University.

I saw the fan get escorted out of the game. And he looked like a douche.Wearing a visor flipped upsidedown and turned backwards.

Don't call my assistant coach a douche.

It has to be hard on JC's parents to hear him booed and belittled because he isn't Peyton Manning. The attacks during games need to stop or be shifted to the people in charge who keep throwing him into the lion's den. We all know JC is average on the field at best. No amount of censure or condemnation is going to transform him into the QB we want him to be. On the other hand, life (and football) is brutal. What doesn't kill you will only make you stronger. Right? :dunno:
Well said LIO. Fans like that remind me of how ignorant people can be. For instance, my d-in-l teaches first grade. The other day an (ignorant) parent strolled into her classroom through the backdoor, about 30 minutes after class was dismissed, and told her her child had swine flu and came by to get her homework. I feel bad for the child but seriously don't come to school and take the chance of passing the germs on to my d-in-l, her class, possibly the entire school, her 10 month old baby at home.Nothing surprises me anymore.

She had the sick child with her, right? Because I KNOW you are not saying everyone in a household should be quarantined when one person has the flu.

Ole Miss was a far cry from a top 5 team, preseason polls are worthless.

since we're middle of the pack does that mean you're bottom of the pack?

History tells us that even when UT falls back to the rest of the pack, they do not stay long. What does history say about USCe?

Crompton is a kid who is doing his very best. It's pretty obvious that his best isn't good enough for a top caliber team. But he's giving his all, and two coaching staffs have confirmed he's the best we have.

Anyone who takes personal shots at this guy is a douche. A loser. A douchy loser. Don't blame the kid for not being great. Blame the recruiting staff who put our QB situation where it is.

What happened was Cromptons dad was booing him and was asked to leave by all the fans around him.

Too bad Cromptons dad didnt knock that fans Azz out :pinch: I know i would have if it was my kid

Actually, Crompton's dad DID throw a punch. Unfortunately, instead of hitting the UT fan yelling at him, he missed and hit an Ohio fan right in the numbers. Looks like inaccuracy runs in the family.

Now you know the rest of the story.
...

Good Day!

Why stop with just his dad? Escort Crompton out too. I'm getting tired of watching him overthrow wide open receivers. We win this game by 3 touchdowns if he can hit either one of those. It's pitiful we don't have anyone better than this on the roster. Phillip Fulmer is laughing silently somewhere. Probably has a permanent smirk on his face.

What are you talking about? Either one of those? Who did he overthrow? I saw him overthrow Teague once downfield, but that was it. Back off. He played MUCH better than he has been. He is the best we have so just deal with it. Ridiculous.
