Yeah, it’s called losing. Him and the 2 coaches before him are Shetland ponies trying to run in the Kentucky Derby! The bigger concern is that exactly the same thing happened to the two coaches before him. Is there an institutional problem that beats down these coaches? Alumni? If so, the administration better get it figured out.
How could the entire team not be frustrated with him? I just can’t see any way they wouldn’t be, so why wouldn’t the entire team be frustrated with CJP for keeping him out there.I would say the OL is massively frustrated with JG. Henry T isn't playing well or inspired.
Has JG given Fant a chance all year? Bailey did in two drives. Using the TE can open a lot of things up.
Honestly I think that's been the case a lot with JG. I know it is a broken record. I'm sorry for that. But Bailey is green as a gourd... and still appeared to see the field better than JG ever has. I don't see the arm HB supposedly has... but he makes good decisions and has a quick release. I think he's going to be a good ball distributor.Fant looked pretty good when someone gets him the ball
And this is my frustration with Pruitt. If you have a 5th year senior doing so many things that you expect of a young player but not someone with as many starts as JG. That pick 6 was awful in every way a pass can be awful. He stared Palmer down and then kind of paused before throwing. It is typical JG. He cannot anticipate throws or coverage movement. He cannot throw receives open.I think the TE is usually a second or third option and JG will never get that far into his progression. We all know he will stare down his primary and it's a roll of the dice from there.
He doesn't care anymore, and doesn't want to be here. It is painfully obvious, i think it's time we grant his wish. Most if our players have regressed this season, how much more damage do we allow?I have wondered the same thing. I have to believe he was told to cool it. I liked him much better when he was kicking boards and getting in players' faces. At least he was showing fire.
