An artist has been killed and three other women were injured after they were stabbed in a 'random' attack on a Louisiana college campus.

Annie Richardson was knifed as she left an exercise class near Louisiana Tech University on Monday. She was in critical condition at the hospital before she died on Tuesday evening, according to local television station KLAX-TV.

Retired Lincoln Parish Judge Cynthia Woodard, Tech grad student Dominique McKane and retired teacher Debbie Hollimon were also stabbed.

Louisiana Tech student Jacoby Johnson, 23, was arrested over the attacks and has been charged with second-degree murder and four counts of attempted second-degree murder.

The mother of a six-year-old boy who shot his teacher at a Virginia school has been sentenced to 21 months in prison for using marijuana while owning a firearm.

Deja Taylor's son used his mom's handgun to seriously wound Richneck Elementary educator Abby Zwerner in her first-grade classroom

Investigators found nearly an ounce of marijuana in Taylor´s bedroom, evidence of frequent drug use in her text messages and paraphernalia following the incident in January.

Meanwhile Zwerner told the court she was still contends daily with 'deep emotional scars'.

A New York judge has set two thugs suspected of assaulting an NYPD cop at a subway station free without bail.

Kareem McClary, 23, and Izayiah Jessamy, 20, were smoking cigarettes on the platform of the Freeman Street subway station with a third, unidentified, man on Monday afternoon.

When two police officers asked the men to stop smoking, they refused and began to attack the cops, authorities said.

According to court records, Judge Bowen released both men without bail on November 14.

Jonathan Lewis Murder: Four 'killer bullies' are Named and shamed as they make First Court apeparance​

The 'killer bullies' filmed stomping a Las Vegas boy to death made their first court appearance as they are charged with murder as adults and ordered into custody.

Three of the eight teenagers who were charged in connection with the deadly beating of a student near Rancho High School appeared in court Friday morning.

Dontral Beaver, 16, Gianni Robinson, 17, and Damien Hernandez, 17, made their first appearance as adults in court Friday morning.

A fourth suspect, Treavion Randolph, 16, appeared in court later that afternoon.

The remaining four students arrested are under 16 and have not been publicly identified. A hearing next month will decide whether they are charged as adults.

Judge REJECTS Plea Deal For Pennsylvania Mom Who 'Hanged Son, 8, And Daughter, 4, With Dog Leash After Having Sex With Pit Bull' saying it 'does not serve the interests of justice'​

A judge on Friday rejected a plea agreement for a Pennsylvania woman charged with killing her two young children, who were found hanging from a dog leash in the basement of their home nearly four years ago.

Lisa Snyder, 40, sought to plead no contest but mentally ill to two counts of third-degree murder in the September 2019 deaths of four-year-old Brinley and eight-year-old Conner.

Early in the investigation it was alleged how Snyder had sex with her pet pit bull shortly before she allegedly hanged her children.

Such lurid claims no longer forms part of the charges against her.

Snyder's children were taken off life support and died three days after they were found in the home in Albany Township, about 60 miles northwest of Philadelphia.

I’d have gladly taken that deal without question if someone did that to one of my girls….. a year and a half that was reduced to six months….

NYC Man Charged With Murdering Mom After Her Body Found Stuffed In Box Released From Custody Due To Evidence Glitch​

A Brooklyn schizophrenic suspected of murdering his mom and stuffing her corpse in a box was sprung from custody because of an evidence glitch — and could land back on the streets, sources told The Post.

David Drummond, 30, was moved from city Department of Correction custody earlier this month and ordered by a judge to undergo a mental health evaluation at Bellevue Hospital, where he currently is being held, according to an employee who spoke on condition of anonymity out of fear of repercussions.

But Drummond, who is charged with murder, could be released into the streets if he’s cleared after the assessment, the nervous employee said.

“The [assistant district attorney] said they didn’t have enough to indict him. He’s literally going to be in the community when we let him go,” said the worker, noting that Drummond has “a long psych history.

“We have no good option. He can’t stay in the hospital indefinitely, but it’s not safe to release him into the community,’’ the source added.
