I personally think that JG is more banged up than anyone letting on, but healthy enough to be functional...he air-mailed 3-4 passes last week that were very uncharacteristic. If we're able to get up early (which we've not done this year...ugh), I'd expect Chryst to get serious PT vs CLT, and don't expect Shrout to play because we're not going to have the luxury of mop up duty, other than CLT. Gotta keep Chryst sharp b/c of likelihood that JG needs relief over the next 3 SEC games. Just my opinion.Wouldn't surprise me if he gets snaps in if Guarantano stays healthy, playing in mop up or maybe even a series or two the next 4 games. Only way Chryst plays the rest of the year is if JG gets injured. Coaches would like to get Shout a game speed look but in no way are interested in benching JG. Article also says a small number of fans.
