Never!!! When Bama and Florida play each other, I may watch a little. I'll throw up in my mouth once and then wish some how both could lose. In the playoffs, I can't root against the SEC, but I don't root for bama to win another title either. I just assume they will win.

But, one good thing about a Bama v. Florida game: one team will lose. I concentrate on the loser of those games more than the winners.

I've never witnessed a Gump throw a pizz balloon in Neyland.

Bama is like your stupid Yankee cousin who used to beat you up when you were kids. Florida is like your white trash meth head neighbor that steals pops from your patio fridge.

Never, my favorite team is Tennessee and my 2nd favorite is whoever is playing Bama. The only exception it's when they play Florida. Then I root for the meteor.

I don't know.... I've hated Ohio State forever and all of the overblown media coverage and hype they've always gotten... many times completely undeserved....you must be under 40 or you'd understand the hatred for Norte Dame.....

The only two college teams I go for are Tennessee and Navy (im in the Marine Corps).

Then my levels of hatred go...

Oregon and A and M

All other teams

Hilter, stalin, the devil and all other communist..

When any S.E.C. team plays the other power conferences, such as in a bowl game, I root for the S.E.C.
Yes, I rooted for Alabama over Clemson, over Texas and
over Notre Dame. I rooted for Auburn to beat Oregon.

Anytime Bama plays an East team not named Tennessee.

Anytime they play Florida.

Last week against Arky. I wanted them undefeated this week, whether we were or not.

I always pull for the SEC team against outside competition, especially in bowl games. Doesn't mean I can stand to watch 'em play, though. I just check the scores frequently. As far as I'm concerned, they each represent my team's conference. I apply my Scotch-Irish heritage to the SEC: we'll fight each other until an outsider comes along, but then we become family again.

As for Nat'l Championship games... if I'm in a crowd that's pulling for the non-SEC representative, I'll watch and cheer (even Bama). But when it was Florida, I think I just made an excuse and went home. I do have my dignity.

I remember when Bama was a classy rivalry (between the players). Bitterly fought on the field, but all mutual respect when the game ended. That should continue.

All teams in Florida have been class-less since Schnellenberger left Miami, and the Gators have been the worst. I really resent any time they represent our conference. I'd rather bring back Ga Tech and banish the Gators to the ACC.

Why root against Navy? Aren't the Marines part of the Navy?

I would probably root for Alabama if we needed them to win for us to win the East. That's about the only way...
