JG was concussed.. We weren't gonna be shut out

KC played almost the entire game and didn't get killed. Got hit bad one time or two. The kid didn't get hit more because he gets rid of the ball quicker and knows where he is going with it at snap. I am amazed at how slow JG is. He is definitely a pocket passer but when the pressure comes he just can't escape

Of course, KC was just 7-19 with 0 TDs and 2 INTs - the one before the half being very costly - against what has been an awful pass defense all season.

For the record, I'm pulling for whatever UT quarterback is playing, but I hope JG is healthy enough to play next week.

If he indeed were concussed, doesn't that mean he's definitely out next week, or is that NFL?
No. In the NFL I believe it’s you must practice twice after a concussion and pass the concussion symptoms test to play. CFB doesn’t have any rules like that, but I seriously doubt he’d play if he’s having symptoms on Friday or possibly even Thursday

INT at half broke the camels back

I'm not a JG "hater" but yes. I hope he starts in the vandy game. At least we put up 17 with KC. It looked like we were going to be shut out with JG.

JG never had a chance. I guarantee the score wouldn’t of been as bad. Still lose because the defense was non existent. But JG ain’t making that back breaking INT before half. And he would give gotten it going.

Onto the subject at hand. Well it looked like JG was going to run into his own end zone. Your probably right about the interception. JG would have taken the sack. We just gonna have to disagree with who we would like to see at QB. But that is ok. Maybe next year JG will have 10 minutes to find an open receiver. Did you ever have a problem with them time it takes him to get rid of the ball. We know the truth though. There are numerous times JG should have been intercepted but wasn't. The % for not having an interception was not because of his precision.

Sad. We go from inquiring about JG's health to another QB bashing thread. Quick question, how many of you guys coach D1 college football programs? Oh right, none of you. Neither JG nor KC deserve the crap you guys are throwing around. CJP will play the QB he thinks gives us the best chance to win. I'll trust his evaluation over all the armchair QBs on the board. You guys get ridiculous with your criticisms and believing you're better informed than the professionals.

Actually the fans are pretty good at spotting talent when they see it. They are pretty smart regardless of what others think. As time goes along they begin to form a consensus. Most of the time the fans end up being right.

Where do you coach? Or are you an NFL talent scout? Since you know so damn much, inform us of your credentials that make your opinion worth a damn?

If you haven't seen improvement in this team this year, you are one blind ************.

Plenty of fans that are happy with JG at QB right now, so what makes your opinion more valid?

Its actually the haters that use those kind of words. Because we disagree over football. You try to be as awful and terrible and nasty as you can be in order to make the disagreement go away. Sometimes its the ones who accuse others who are the blind ones. Buddy you must have a heavy heart if your only world is wound up in football If football makes you so hateful I think I would try walking to take your mind off it. There is more to life than a game of football to cause one to be so bitter.

Wow, that's a whole lot of deflection in one post.
