Wade used to wave his rolled up game program at the refs.

He worked with Denny Crum for nearly 20 years - that was Crum's signature look, always carrying the rolled up program. Denny picked up the habit from John Wooden.

From everything I can remember, he was run off because he was just a boring guy and in turn he got bitter and by the end it was time for a divorce. I think he deserved another year but that final team he had did have a major dropoff from the start of the season to the end.

I mean if people think Barnes just 'stands there', they need to go back and watch Green. If social media was around then, he'd be a meme with how uninterested he looked on the sidelines, with the folded arms and the blank stares. I don't think I can recall him ever looking like he was yelling.

But it is crazy that the guy was what, 5:00 from making the program's first E8 ever and had a really good shot at our first FF and that ended up being the start of his eventual downfall.

That Green squad was loaded with talent. He just threw the ball on the court. Guy was clueless.
