I read that the ref had T'd up younger Pearl in a game earlier in the season. I think he just plain got off on the wrong foot /w them.

The principal at West is a Gator fan, and even she likes coach Pearl... hell the guy that I'd expect to not like him is the HS coach... but he loves him just as much as we do.

I heard yesterday that Pearl kept yelling at the ref, "you think you are big time don't you?"
