WR coaches aren’t nearly as well known as HCs. Can you name the WR coach at Bama or Clemson without Google? Likely not. Did you really know who Kodi Burns was? How about Alex Golesh? Or Joey Hawsley?

Whomever is hired for WR coach will not be a nut shot. Just stop.

I will say this. If Heupel doesn’t have someone hired by later on today or tomorrow, that will not be good at all.

I will just say that the better coaches have the more complicated contract situations.

We do need to get a coach that fits, but we do need to make this hire fairly soon I would think. You would think he would know what direction he wants to go. But I trust Heupel! GBO!

I will just say that the better coaches have the more complicated contract situations.

That’s something I did not consider. My thoughts were that if no official hire was announced today then Pope would be promoted. Which wouldn’t be a bad option.
