I have heard of coach o being considered for the ucla job and more. Any news of him leaving? do you think he will go if he gets paid more? I dont know. $$ lewered gran and wilson.

Coach O is a high energy workaholic and our system is exactly what he thrives on. He stays and brings in 3 more assistants just like him. He is also a lock for HC if CLK decides to go back to the NFL.

I hope not. I would like to see him stick around atleast 2-3 more years to see what kind of talent he can bring in for us. But money talks...

Coach O makes more than some head coaches, granted they are at lower tier schools but I digress...why would he make a lateral move at this point in his career?

He wants to be a HC again, he has said so himself, it would not be UCLA though, he loathes that university.

I hope you don't mean a lock to be our next HC. No shot Yaw Yaw takes the reins on Rocky Top.

Coach O just came out and said he was not going anywhere and was working his but off for us. May be coach talk but it sounds like he is going to stick around for this year atleast.

Actually if memory serves me right.....which it probably don't I have slept a few nites since I read the Coach O stuff........I think it was USC not UCLA

The rumor was that O would become the new DC at USC, which was obviously not true since that job is not open there.

Way too many people say that. Not saying I believe any of the rumors.

Jimmy Hyams is now reporting that Rick Neuhisel has agreed in principle to take the UCLA head coaching position. So, don't worry about Coach O.
