CEO isn't going to get "lewered" away to another school - he has the DC/Asst. Head Coach label ready when CMK retires in a couple of years. I think it will be about opportunity over money this time around for him.
Under Monte, and around other NFL coaches on staff, Coach O has a rare chance to really refine his coaching skills, and be better prepared when the right opportunity comes knocking. And for him, I wouldn't just jump at the first thing that moves, either.
It must be a school to which, like UT has a winning tradition..that simply needs to be restored. Something like the Nebraska job, Bo Pollini (Sp?) took 2 yrs ago, or a ND.
Sooner or later, mission impossible jobs, like Duke, Ole Miss, and MSU will get you fired. He needs to fight the temptation bail at the first offering...be patient, cause unless CLK is set on coaching here the rest of his career (not likely), he'll probably get first dibs at the HC position here.
All that has to happen, is for this program to follow the same sort of path Bama took after hiring Saban.
