I think you missed the point of what I was replying. Someone stated you can’t count on Freshmen O-Line to start in the SEC. someone else pointed out Cade Mays. My point was Cade is not their original starter. He was depth. He was not counted on to be a starter as a true freshman.He is a TRUE freshman...I would HOPE that he was 2nd string and only getting to play because of an injury...
The POINT I was making was that we've LOST recruits like him ever since that epic CHOKE-JOB during the 2015 season.
Is there ANY doubt that he could start for us and really help our OL?

I agree that Cade Mays would likely have been a day one starter at TN and would have helped this year’s O-Line as a Freshman. Speaks volumes about his talent but it also speaks volumes about the lack of an O-Line at TN this year.
