Clay Travis

Hey - First time caller, long time listener. Two things. First, Go Vols. Second, I don't like the guy, but I heard Clay Travis on the radio today say that Bama doesn't even consider us a rival anymore. Although I think I knew it in the back of my mind it was true, it still hurt. I don't expect a national title every year (in the 90s I would have), but I do want to compete with the Tide. Anyway, just wanted to see if anyone else thinks that the Third Saturday in October is even a rivalry game anymore, or just a tradition.

Happy New Year everyone.

PS, I've heard that AAA is giving free rides home this weekend for those that are unable to drive due to ...circumstances, even to non-members. Be safe. Make Smart decisions.

I can't believe people still listen to that loser. He has ZERO cred.

He's a flavor of the week guy. Total idiot.

Neither did we for awhile... I still have my shirt from 06 that's says "3rd Saturday of October.. A Tennessee-Alabama tradition: THAT'S 10 OUT OF 12 BABY!"

I'm 19, so for most of my life they were a bigtime afterthought behind Florida and Georgia.

My question is why does anyone listen to or read anything that guys like Clay Travis or Tony Basilio have to say?

Can someone explain how Travis keeps talking even with Franklin's junk on the roof of his mouth?

Is this a trick question? I didn't think Franklin had any junk and even if he did Clay Travis has so many other people's junk in his mouth I'm not sure he'd have room.

That is why I picked the roof of his mouth as opposed to half way down his eso****us.

I just got censored for the letters p h a g in the middle of a word. That is hilarious.

It is true i live in Bama and right now we are a afterthought to the Bammers.Theyre rivals right now are Lsu and Auburn the truth hurts, but right now we just dont matter much to them.I dont think we ever beat Saban with Dooley as coach, but hopefully this series will turn around in our favor soon.

I understand what you are concerned about, but isnt there still a level of meaning because it is tradition? I dont really see it as bad that it is tradition. But I understand what you mean. We need to give them something to fight again.

It's true. Most Bama fans tell me they feel sorry for Tennessee nowadays.
