As someone who lives in Seattle I don't see this happening. Peterson is definitely happy at UW and he rejected UT before. He is frustrated with the start times, but I personally think a lot of that was just a clever attempt to get everyone talking about UW. He is a west coast guy, is already paid over $4M, and has a massive buyout... wouldn't make sense for him to leave
If he was interested the money would be at the bottom of the worry list. His buyout is $1.5 million, thats chump change compared to most other coaches.
He has a special needs child and thats why he wanted to stay in the Northwest. It was something to do with its care, dont remember what exactly. I would be shocked but happy.
